Our projects are based on the pillars that underline our vision. Based on this, our focus and adoption of events and activities does not change, and is kept constant by the consistent benchmark of all our work against our core, the basis of formulation of AGOTHR and all have the necessity of convergence towards the fulfillment of our vision.

Instilling of pride through motivation, awakening of the understanding that individuals can be sound leaders, employees and business people, revitalisation of human etiquettes, inducement of the necessity of ownership and maintenance of property.

Assistance with the compilation of business proposals, strategic setting up of profit and non-profit entities for fulfill specific requirements, assistance in preparation for employment interviews, compilation and putting together of ideas for a logical, sequential and practical execution on a hand held approach.

Growth, marketing and listing of own businesses, outstanding performance at ones work, remarkable generation of ideas to create new frontiers for various technologies and ideas, crafting and development of vision for oneself, and ethical, decisive and selfless leadership.

Through the participation of the various programs that have been developed by AGOTHR, individuals are able to find their interests if self purpose has not yet been established. AGOTHR helps individuals in achieving already established purpose or interest in various fields.

AGOTHR creates mentorship opportunities to established individuals for cross country expansion and various market understanding to enable franchising of ideas. Offers cross information transfer at big scales, and markets ideas to the international community for influence.

The projects indicated below represent areas where our people have managed to be involved, and further managed drawn immense experience and inspiration towards the aid and advancement of lives. The description of projects described represents a high level summary, which is aimed at painting a picture for those that have interest in understanding the areas of interest that we are drawn to. The projects listed do not represent our total scope, our effort is in finding projects that better people’s lives and continuously stretch our scope to achieve this objective.
Support of sustainable small scale community farming to produce food for own consumption and deliver the surplus through a central pack house to local communities, businesses and markets, to generate income.

As it is said that ‘Idle hands are the devil’s play ground’, it our interest to source and encourage the investment on infrastructure that provides the youth with recreational activities so as to minimise time available on their hands to engage on drugs and activities that are detrimental to a bright and successful future.
Installation of brand new, state of the art playgrounds within communities that do have access to recreational activities that can drawn children attention away from detrimental activities. These have been installed in communities to aid children who do to schools without facilities.
Recreational sporting grounds installed at schooling facilities to aid school children host tournaments and encourage the development of talent at school level, and the addition to the schooling program.
