OUR STORY
Established in 2005 as MATOMO, AGOTHR has revamped its strategy and rebranded itself in the year 2018. AGOTHR is an acronym that has been derived from the name “A Generation on the Rise” and is a non-profit company, aimed at revitalising the essence of being human; to as many individuals as the company can reach, guiding them to a place of dawn in their lives; from where each one can be captain of their own lives, find purpose and reach full potential. The company’s net will cast as wide as can reach, not classifying people any more than them being people. It is not based on political affiliation, race, gender, religion, nationality or any other divide that is used to classify and decentralise people from a whole.
We have a strong conviction towards the notion that suggests that all individuals are predesigned to achieve excellently within their area of pre-stored (born with or inherent) strength. Underachievement is a changeable condition that can be altered through instilling self-control, self-discipline and a sound mind; which has a potential of leading to one’s self discovery. This presents fertile ground for ideas to generate, and their focused and effective implementation to be feasible.
This we achieve through the careful implementation of the AGOTHR models at correct point of an individual’s experiences, with individuals exposed to our methodology equally selected with caution in order to optimise success. We maintain our core focus through continued improvement and implementation of AGOTHR standards.
