AGOTHR
Focus Area Formulation
The model portrayed here is substantially simplified to ascertain understanding, and is referred to as an AGOTHR Focus Area Formulation. It is the basis for the establishment of areas of interest, for individuals that we strategically incorporate into AGOTHR to advance particular pastimes. The golden thread being individuals interested in the same goal, prepared to compromise where required to reach it within other’s confines, and have a common intent of what needs to be done with the outcomes of the goal under pursuit.
Marketing Seminars will be setup where various individuals from different walks of life, with various but common objectives will be called. Filtered and arranged through the AGOTHR filtration and arrangement process. These individuals will then be setup in various focus groups and systematically put together, to harness strength from each other, to achieve objectives that each wish to attain.
It is essential to understand that incorporation into AGOTHR is not automatic by virtue of applying, the golden thread has to be perceived and practically reachable to minimise potential for failure. We also do not drop ideas without substantial effort for the establishment of the golden thread, which can be critical towards the obtainment of assistance as the alternative may mean the individual applying may take an incredible strain, doing everything by themselves which is not uncommon but tough.

The figure depicted here represents a substantially simplified AGOTHR Parabolic Development Model, and provides an indication of the various levels of adoption of different individuals into the AGOTHR system. The curve that falls below the positive exes and thus represent individuals that are adopted into the program while in the red meaning, individuals currently struggling with drugs, lack of control of oneself, underdevelopment due to lack of optimum education and mentorship professionally and so on. The curve that stems up towards the positive exes from zero, represents individuals who have focus, a strong will and a somewhat good place on which they have positioned their lives and thus represent fertile soil for development and investment. These individuals are developed from (B;W) until (E;T) is made. The amount of energy and time required to pull individuals from the red is substantially different with intense resources required to pull individuals from the red.
The results for the individuals being pulled from the red are difficult to obtain within optimal levels, even though a significant dent can be made with crime and dependability on government grants and assistance can be noticeably minimised.
The model has been developed for sustainability and repeatability. Grants and sponsorships are necessary, particularly for the pulling of individuals out of the red and boost while at (A ; Z) however; AGOTHR’s focus is to minimise dependability on external assistance by 2025. The benefits of this model are the raising of individuals that will not only depend on themselves, but grow the economy through implementation of their unique ideas once able to be in touch with their ‘born with’ talent and gifts. This propels creation of employment, challenging and forward pushing of frontiers and instilment of self pride which is the best reward that anyone looking to develop their people can offer.

A clear separation line exists between the two, with the objectives of the two organisations also clearly defined.
